我們的客製化細胞服務提供您哺乳類細胞株(mammalian immortalized cell lines)、初代細胞株(primary cell lines)以及多功能幹細胞株(pluripotent stem cell lines)等細胞株的基因改造,包括基因剔除(gene knockout)、基因標記(gene tag)、核苷酸取代(nucleotide substitution)、序列互換(sequence swapping)、序列整合(integration)以及序列取代(replacement)等。

  • Determination of the expression of your target gene on mRNA level by RT-PCR and/or RT-qPCR
  • Target protein profiling by microscopy, cytometry and biochemistry
  • Functional assessment of the genetic modification at protein level by reliable standard in vitro assays (cell health assays, organelle and macrostructure labeling, migration, invasion and adhesion assays, metabolism and morphometry, secretion assays, and protein translocation)
