體外轉錄套組，能輕鬆快速合成RNA探針，合成量為2–6 µg/20 µl反應，合成長度可達2 kb，另可搭配Ambion's BrightStar® Psoralen-Biotin Labeling Kit進行合成後標記，或是更換已標記之核甘酸進行合成中標記，適用ribonuclease protection assays、in situ hybridization及blot hybridizations等實驗。如欲純化in vitro Transcription 產物，可使用 MEGAclear™ Kit (Cat. No. AM1908) 或是 MEGAclear™-96 Kit (Cat. No. AM1909)。
